The Chloé brand was born in Paris in 1952, when the Egyptian-born designer Gaby Hanoka and her husband Raymon Aghion moved to Paris and set up their business by positioning themselves in the prêt-à-porter market. In 1958 they presented the first spring / summer collection at Café De Flore, which was immediately appreciated for its carefree and feminine taste. Cholé begins to be very popular between style icons like Grace Kelly and Jackie Kennedy, bringing the brand to the fore. In 1965 a young Karl Lagerfeld became the creative director of the fashion house, realizing some of the most iconic pieces of the brand like the Rachmaninoff dress and the classic cape, characterized by soft lines and romantic style.

In 1997 another great designer at the beginning of his career arrives to Chloé: at just 25 years of age Stella McCartney became the creative director, managing to capture the new generation thanks to his pop influences. Since 2001 there have been a series of leading creative directors such as Phoebe Philo, Paulo Melim, Hannah MacGibbon, Clare Waight Keller and 2017 Natacha Ramsay-Levi. In the last decade the brand has expanded its collections.

The unmistakable boho chic style of Chloé represents a romantic and sophisticated woman. What characterizes the brand is femininity, with strong references to the fashion of the ‘70s and with strong influences from the French taste. Lightweight dresses for casual women, delicacy and impalpability of fabrics to feel free, with an urban and sophisticated touch, able to convey emotions both to the wearer and to the observer. The colors of the brand refer to feelings of serenity in their pastel tones, where everything tries to convey the emotion of an inner journey in search of themselves and their personal style.
